E!'s own Chelsea Lately host joins Reese Witherspoon and Chris Pine in big screen comedy This Means War

Chelsea Handler sure is keeping some A-list company these days.

50 Cent aside, the queen of late-night is now set to rub shoulders with Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine and Tom Hardy, as E!'s homegrown talent has enlisted in the big-screen comedy This Means War, her rep confirms.

The feel-good flick centers on two CIA agent besties who compete for the affections of Reese. Chelsea plays her no doubt witty scene-stealing BFF.

The film is currently shooting in Vancouver, with Chelsea expected to film her part later this month.
