Christmas in July for Jessica Simpson

I saw Jessica Simpson kissing Santa Claus.

Well, not exactly. But she will be in New York tomorrow shooting the new holiday television ad campaign for Macy's department stores.

Simpson, along with Martha Stewart, Kenneth Cole, Tommy Hilfiger and What Not to Wear makeover guru Clinton Kelly, will film spots on a full-scale replica of a Macy's floor built on a Brooklyn set.

No word on who else may have made the cut this time around, but others in a similar campaign last year included Sean "Diddy" Combs, Style Network reality star Kimora Lee Simmons, Russell Simmons, Marc Ecko and Emeril Lagasse.

Macy's most recently made headlines with a springtime commercial featuring Mariah Carey and Stewart cooing over Halle Berry's baby daddy, pretty-boy model Gabriel Aubry.
