So declares Scott Disick in the most recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians during his birthday party in Vegas at which not one—count 'em!—Kardashian showed up, with the exception of Kourtney, of course.
Granted, Kourt did stoke his desire with her comment that she'd be open to spending more time in the Big Apple. But that immediately launched an argument (doesn't it always with these two?) over whether that means simply visiting more or relocating. As in, permanently.
