We may have howled a bit when Twilight werewolf Taylor Lautner got all high-maintenance after not receiving his fancy movie-set trailer in a timely fashion. But now we're singing his praises.

The young celeb reached a settlement of $40,000 with McMahon's RV on Friday, after a dispute over failing to deliver said trailer earlier this summer.

And he's done something generous with his winnings...

He donated the cash to a worthy cause, of course!

"McMahon's RV has agreed to settle its dispute with Taylor Lautner. McMahon's RV will pay $40,000 to Lautner, which Lautner will donate to The Lollipop Theater Network, a children's charity with which he has a long-standing relationship," Lautner's attorney Robert Barta tells UsMagazine.com.

The Lollipop Theater Network is a non-profit organization that brings the box-office hits to hospital rooms, so children with chronic or life-threatening illnesses can enjoy the flicks that they normally would not be able to see.

It's all good, or nearly so. Our only regret is that the proposed push-up competition between Lautner and a McMahon's honcho never materialized.
