UPDATE: In a statement Tuesday morning, a court spokesman says that the judge has changed his mind and won't issue any decision before Wednesday's hearing. The D.A. says that Lohan will not be attending.

________

Lindsay Lohan's judge knows something we don't.

L.A. Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini says that Judge Elden Fox is prepared to issue a ruling on Tuesday afternoon, a day before a hearing is scheduled pertaining to Lohan's time in rehab, which her legal camp is looking to cut by two-thirds.

So does that mean Lohan gets to graduate from UCLA (Medical Center) after 30 days instead of 90?

Judge Marsha Revel, who has since recused herself after the D.A.'s Office took issue with her handling of the case, originally sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail and 90 days of in-patient treatment.

Well, you know how the first half of that went. The Machete star was out of Lynwood's Century Regional Detention Center after 14 days thanks to good behavior credits and chronic overcrowding in the L.A. County jail system.

But the peanut gallery consensus was that Lohan needed her full stretch in rehab.

And that turned out not to be the case either, actually, with doctors reportedly concluding that Lohan doesn't suffer from ADHD or bipolar disorder, and that perhaps improperly prescribed Adderall was her major problem, behavior-wise.

It looks like we'll know sometime tomorrow whether Lohan gets to close out the week in the neuropsychiatric facility she's been calling home or in her own bed.
