Kelsey Grammer Expecting a Baby With New Girlfriend

Actor doesn't waste any time after divorcing wife Camille

Kelsey Grammer's heart is apparently in tip-top shape these days.

The sort-of single actor and girlfriend Kayte Walsh are expecting a child together, his rep confirmed to E! News Thursday.

Hey, why waste any time when there are babies to be made!

Camille Grammer filed for divorce on July 1 after 13 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

Grammer immediately followed with a statement encouraging people to not say horrible things out of respect for his wife, who he called a "terrific partner for many years."

The Frasier star has an 8-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son with Camille, his third wife, plus two daughters from previous relationships.

London's Daily Mail was the first to have its eye on Grammer's possible new addition after Walsh's dad spilled the beans, saying Walsh, a 29-year-old flight attendant for Virgin Atlantic, simply "hit it off" with the 55-year-old actor. The paper also published pics of the couple looking cuddly while strolling around Manhattan.

In July, Grammer explained that a random blonde he was spotted kissing (presumably on the cheek) at a New York restaurant was actually his eldest daughter, Spencer.

"I do take issue with the characterization that we were smooching, but surely if that were the case then even I admit it might be newsworthy in some fashion," quipped the five-time Emmy winner.
