Mark Wahlberg's Career Hits the Pavement
Mark Wahlberg's entourage was out in force for this one.
Family and friends gathered today to watch the Calvin Klein underwear guy turned Oscar-nominated actor and TV producer receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in honor of his movie career.
"I'm glad to be here," said Will Ferrell, Wahlberg's costar in the upcoming cop comedy The Other Guys. "I first became a fan of Mark's when I bought his workout video. And I love all your Bourne movies."
On a more serious note, he called the 39-year-old husband and father of four "not only one of the hardest-working guys, but a great family man and a great dude."
Wahlberg's star is the 2,414th addition to the famed attraction and is located right off the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street.
