Well, this is one way to tell your family to mind their own business.

Jeremy London has filed for a permanent injunction against his mother, Deborah Nielsen, twin brother, Jason London, and Jason's girlfriend, Sofia Karstens, demanding that they quit discussing his personal life with the media.

His complaint, filed Wednesday in L.A. Superior Court, cites the ongoing investigation into London's alleged kidnapping in Palm Springs this month, when, according to the actor, two men snatched him off the street at gunpoint and made him do drugs.

Hence his family's desire to speak out.

Jason and Nielsen told E! News a couple weeks ago that they were concerned for London's physical and mental health due to a history of drug use.

"I don't want him to be another statistic," Nielsen said.

According to the complaint, the Seventh Heaven star's camp sent a cease-and-desist letter to the family, but they failed to abide and continued to give interviews and "post false information" online.

"The detective in charge of the [kidnapping] investigation is concerned that the media frenzy caused by the actions of the defendants will compromise his investigation into the criminal matter," the filing states.

One suspect, 26-year-old Brandon Adams, is in custody and has pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, robbery, possession of stolen property, vehicle theft, carjacking and using a firearm during the commission of a felon.

Adams claims that, not only was there no kidnapping, but that he and London "went joyriding and partied for hours." The actor willingly took Xanax and Ecstasy, he said, and when they were done, he dropped London off at his hotel.

London's rep called Adams' story nothing more than a "fabricated and false account of the night in question."

He also wants mom and brother to pay his attorney fees and damages as determined by a judge.
