George Napolitano/FilmMagicKristen Stewart debuted a much lighter ‘do as she made her way into the Ed Sullivan Theater to tape The Late Show With David Letterman earlier this afternoon.
Perhaps it's an ef-you to those people who rag on her for looking pouty, but more likely, Stewart is easing her hair (it's been through a lot—Joan Jett mullet, anyone?) through a transition to blond.
Stewart is set to play Marylou in On the Road, and she said during the Eclipse press junket she will go dirty blond for the role. Kristen starts a "four week beatnik boot camp" in July and starts shooting the film in August.
