Guess what, everyone? Heather Mills has a redeeming side.

Or so thinks the British legal system, as a court today dismissed a case against her in which her former nanny alleged unfair dismissal and sexual discrimination (fun detail: the employment situation allegedly turned nasty after Mills declined the nanny's request to pay for a boob job. Some bosses, huh?).

And, just like anyone in her newly vindicated position, Mills isn't above a little gloating.

"Heather is delighted with the decision of the Employment Tribunal that has dismissed all of Sara Trumble's claims," her spokeswoman said in a statement today.

"Heather was always a very fair and generous employer to Sara and is very pleased that this has been confirmed by Judge Vowles and the tribunal members unanimously in judgment."

The 26-year-old Trumble had alleged, among numerous damning accusations, that the former Mrs. Paul McCartney regularly reduced her to tears and was demoted after returning from maternity leave.

Of course, she also admitted that Mills regularly paid for vacations, cars and clothes for her and even served as her daughter's godmother. Guess she'll have to make a quick buck some other way.

Forget good help, nonlitigious help is what's really hard to find. Not so, international flights. Mills and her new snooker pro beau Jamie Walker are currently celebrating her legal win with a Mauritius vacation.
