Jason Wahler's penchant for booze has landed him in stripes.
The ex-star of MTV's The Hills copped to one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher stemming from his March DUI arrest.
In exchange for his guilty plea, prosecutors dropped another misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, but the 23-year-old Wahler will do time behind bars for his transgression.
Per Farrah Emami, spokeswoman for the Orange County District Attorney's Office, the reality TV bad boy was subsequently sentenced to two days in county jail, three years' probation and three months in a first-offender alcohol program. He'll also have to pay some fines and court fees, plus restitution.
Wahler got into this latest mess on Mar. 19 while he was behind the wheel of his 2008 Chevy Tahoe in Newport Beach, Calif. The bust occurred just days after he spent time across the border in a Cabo San Lucas lockup after getting into a fight at a nightclub.
It was his sixth drinking-related arrest.
