Jenna Jameson isn't down for the count.
The porn queen tells E! News she is intent on pursuing charges against her live-in lover, UFC brawler Tito Ortiz, following his arrest this morning after a domestic disturbance at their SoCal home prompted Jameson's father to call 911.
"We got the call at 9:53 to go out there," Huntington Beach Police Lt. Mike Reynolds told E! News. "[Ortiz] was arrested around noon. The charge is 273.5 of the penal code, domestic violence."
The 35-year-old MMA champ, whose real first name is Jacob, remains behind bars on assault charges.
Reynolds did not comment on whether any specific injuries were reported.
There was no immediate comment from Ortiz's lawyer or publicist.
Speaking to E! News, Jameson said, "I'm going to be all right."
"My babies are all right," added the 36-year-old star, who has 1-year-old twin sons with Ortiz. "Everything's OK. He's in jail."
