Move over, Tony Dovolani! Kate Gosselin's getting her favorite costars back.

After that questionable run on ABC's Dancing With the Stars, the original octomom is heading home to TLC to film Kate Plus 8 with her kids, now that the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has given the mini-minors the go-ahead.

Whether Jon Gosselin likes it or not, department spokesman Troy Thompson confirms to E! News, "They have filed the necessary paperwork to have the children participate in Kate Plus 8."

TLC also confirms the permits have been issued, but it turns out the gig is only temporary…

While said paperwork was approved, the network will have to file again in six months.

"It'll have to be reapproved for every six months," Thompson explains. "That's noted on the permit and it was noted in the permits following the investigation of Jon & Kate Plus 8."

In addition to extending her already long-running series, Kate begins shooting Twist of Kate, in which she attempts to face the challenges of other people's families.

Thankfully, it shouldn't involve too much twisting, twizzling or tango.

Regardless of how you feel about Jon and Kate, those Gosselin kids are cute. But are they as cute as these Kissing Costars?
