With Sandra Bullock out of hiding, we really must know everything we can about the guy who inspired her to emerge!

The Oscar winner was photographed yesterday leaving the Holmby Hills home of wealthy investor Gabriel Brener.

The mystery man is the 50-year-old manager of Brener International Group, LLC, a family-owned, private investment firm based in Beverly Hills, E! News has learned. Reportedly, he's also a former investor in Bullock's production company, Fortis Films.

That said, Sandy's drive-by probably wasn't all business…

Brener and his wife, Deborah, have known the actress for many years and were present at her 2005 wedding to Jesse James. According to People, they've even taken family vacations together.

Brener's website says his company is devoted to investing in Hispanic markets. He co-owns a professional soccer team, the Houston Dynamo, with Oscar de la Hoya and AEG, and has holdings in businesses from real estate to cattle ranching. He and Deborah are also philanthropists who support the arts, music and various charitable causes.

No word on his tattoo count though.

Meanwhile, Bullock remains holed up today at her Hollywood Hills home, being visited by staffers from her production company.

________

We're not sure what she was wearing—other than a big, floppy hat—during the visit either, but she probably looked almost as fab as she does in her Fashion Spotlight gallery.
