Hot couple Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden Panettiere are saying no to cohabitation while staying on the road to romance. At least that’s what Milo, who tackled one of the rumors head-on, told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM morning show.

"I saw something in OK! magazine about you and your costar Hayden house hunting,” Ryan said. “Is that true?"

Unsurprisingly, Mr. V dialed it down:

"Um...I’ve got my own house. I believe she’s got her own place of residence. No, we’re not house hunting."

Digging deeper, jokester Ryan asked, "Did you build a tunnel or a bridge or anything?"

[Laughs.] "No, man. I got a car just like everybody else."

Too cute. And we totally get what he’s driving at.
