We're up to Two Heroes and Counting.

The two eldest sons in the Duggar clan, 21-year-old Joshua and 20-year-old John, happened to be at the right place at the right time to aid a little girl involved in a car accident.

The three-car accident occurred last Thursday outside Josh's used-car dealership in downtown Springdale, Ark. The Duggars were in their office when they heard a loud noise. When they went to check it out, they discovered the situation was a lot more serious than they expected...

The Duggars discovered 6-year-old Maddye Plascensia in the front seat of grandmother's car. The child was not breathing after having been slammed by the airbag. She wasn't wearing a seatbelt.

According to the local news site 4029TV.com, the sibling stars of TLC's 19 Kids and Counting pulled out Maddye, called 911 and immediately began administering CPR.

"The little girl was unconscious. She was not breathing," Joshua told the station. "My brother, he started doing chest compressions on her. I was helping elevate and tilt her head back some."

Maddye had reportedly been eating a chicken nugget that became lodged in her throat. The brothers however were able to continue CPR until paramedics arrived and fully resuscitated her.

The girl was flown to a children's hospital in Little Rock, where she remains in critical condition but is expected to recover.

The Duggar duo has played down their role in Maddye's rescue, claiming they were only following the will of the man upstairs.

"I don't believe in coincidences. I believe in divine intervention," John told NBC's Today Show. "I believe God had us here at that time to help Maddye."
