Kim Kardashian Keeps Creepy Dude Away Permanently

E! star obtains injunction barring Georgia man from coming near her; he had been showing up at events in Joker makeup

For this Joker, keeping up with Kim Kardashian means having to stay away—at least five football fields away.

A Los Angeles judge today granted the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star a permanent restraining order against alleged stalker Dennis Shaun Bowman, a 26-year-old Georgia man who had a creepy propensity for turning up at Kardashian's L.A. appearances dressed in Heath Ledger-esque makeup in a bid to woo her.

Turns out, that doesn't really work...

Neither Bowman nor Kardashian was in court for today's ruling. The 29-year-old babe is down in Florida supporting boyfriend Reggie Bush as the New Orleans Saints star preps for this Sunday's Super Bowl.

The new order, effective today, extends a previous, but temporary, order that was issued last month until 2013. Bowman, described in Kardashian's court documents as "delusional," can't come within 500 yards of Kardashian or have any contact whatsoever—including Twitter. The would-be prankster's also prohibited from possessing any firearms.

Team Kim was pleased with the judge's ruling.

"Mr. Bowman willingly entered into a written agreement to stay away from Ms. Kardashian," said her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley. "This morning's court order simply enforces the agreement between the parties."
