Octokids Enjoy First Birthday Cake as Nadya Suleman Still Works on Bikini Bod

While listing the names of Nadya Suleman's spawn doesn't exactly roll off the tongue—you try singing them!—neither does seeing the latest images of the Octomom sit well on us.

As the eight kids celebrate their first birthday today with a huge chocolate cake, their mom has been hard at work slimming down for a bikini body shoot courtesy of Star magazine, the New York Daily News reports.

That said, chasing after eight healthy toddlers, not to mention Suleman's six older kids, can't leave much time or energy for snacking.

"That place is a buzz," Suleman's attorney, Jeff Czech, told The Early Show. "There's constant cooking, constant cleaning, and if they're not cooking and cleaning, then there's a baby in the kitchen sink, and Nadya's giving one of the kids a bath. It's a swirl of activity."

Of course, she has the help of friends, family and three live-in nannies at her La Habra, Calif., home. Needless to say, this allows for ample time to hit the gym. Surely, she has them to thank for supposedly losing a whopping 150 pounds.

Hey, at least she's not making out like a bandit in Utah like a certain Octodad we know…
