Here's hoping this money helps the Grazianos put their lives back together.

Linda Hogan, Hulk's ex-wife, has settled the negligence lawsuit brought against her by the family of John Graziano, who was severely injured in a DUI crash that landed Nick Hogan in jail for five months.

Terms of the deal will remain confidential, but Linda's attorney says that his client is "ready to move on with her life."

Even while Nick is still on the hook?

While his mom is done being a defendant, Nick and his dad remain targets of litigation.

"Linda, she was obviously in a different position than everyone else," Graziano attorney George Tragos told the St. Petersburg Times. "She was in California at the time of the accident and she did not sign for Nick Bollea's driver's license as Terry [Bollea, Hulk's real name] did, so she's in a different legal position."

And there's no need to stand by her man: A judge signed off on her messy divorce from the pro wrestler last year.

Linda is "very pleased" with the terms of the settlement, her attorney, Raymond Rafool told the Times. "We think the Grazianos are happy." The family also settled up with Daniel Jacobs, the driver of the car Nick was supposedly racing the night he wrapped his suped-up Toyota around a palm tree.

The family had demanded the relatively modest sum of at least $15,000 in damages. John Graziano, 25, suffered severe brain damage in the Aug. 26, 2007, crash that left him unable to speak or breath on his own.

Hulk Hogan denied that Nick had been drag-racing that night.
