Courtney Love's lawyer said one thing, but Twitter says another.

Having returned to the microblogging site under a new handle, CourtneyLoveUK, the former Hole frontwoman is lashing out against the custody situation with her 17-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain.

While Love's attorney said last month that Frances merely wanted to live with her grandmother, Kurt Cobain's mom, at this time, Ms. Love now insists that "this s--t with the bean needs to be exposed for what it is right f--king NOW enough."

"they sqUEESED MY BANK ACCOUNTS so that they were frozen because they know im going to sue the holy s--t out of them and now are…crocodiling my kid whose better than this seriously she was raised too well to be bought," Love ranted, referring to Frances' grandma, Kimberly Dawn Cobain, and aunt Wendy O'Connor, who have secured a temporary restraining order against Love to prevent her from contacting the teen.

Love's publicist has confirmed that the rocker is indeed twittering again. (But really, we would have known that spelling and grammar anywhere.)

"Well shes a 'ward of the court' now have fun with that one and im severely lonely without my best friend and no am not on drugs BTW," Love continued. "she doesnt understand the peril she has put herself into or that im not mad at her just really dissapointed shed betray me or her father."

"i just lost the house i wanted cos they think im on drugs and worse, really gnarly s--t," she wrote.

Frances' aunt and grandma filed a request right before Christmas to have her family court file, including "allegations of domestic violence," sealed.

The next hearing on guardianship issues, including whether the judge will make that TRO permanent, is scheduled for Jan. 22.
