Bob Guiney, the lovable divorcé who was dissed by Bachelorette Trista Rehn and couldn't make love last with his Bachelor interest Estella Gardiner, has separated from wife Rebecca Budig, E! News confirmed Tuesday.
Guiney met the All My Children star in January 2003 while taping a Bachelor highlights show for ABC Family and the two were engaged by that November.
They tied the knot in a lakeside ceremony in July 2004 at his family's vacation cabin in Michigan.
But, in case you didn't know from watching The Bachelor, stuff happens.
"I can confirm that they are separated, yet they very much love each other and remain committed to one another as best friends," Guiney's rep tells E! News. "They are working to figure out what their future holds and hope that people can respect their privacy at this time."
Added Budig's rep: "We don't comment on our client's personal life."
