Chances Are...he's in serious doo-doo.

Cybill Shepherd's 22-year-old son, Cyrus "Zack" Shepherd-Oppenheim, was busted early Tuesday in Philadelphia after allegedly swiping a number of items from fellow passengers on an inbound United Airlines flight.

The Moonlighting star's spawn was taken into custody upon landing from San Franscico and charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

According to Philly's finest, witnesses reported Shepherd-Oppenheim went through the carry-on bags of two sleeping travelers and pilfered a Canon digital camera, a leather makeup case, cash and a small travel bag.

Cyrus and his twin sister, Ariel, were born to Shepherd and her second hubby, chiropractor Bruce Oppenheim, in 1987. They divorced three years later.

No word yet on a court date.
