With all the talk over Tiger Woods' alleged "transgressions," it's easy to lose sight of the woman scorned.

Elin Nordegren, the former nanny turned wife of the world's most famous golfer, has many options ahead of her in the wake of scandalous revelations that her once squeaky-clean hubby has spent the last three years fooling around behind her back.

With rumors swirling that Woods offered hush money to purported mistress Rachel Uchitel, according to the Daily Beast, Nordegren's attorneys are negotiating with the golf great for an immediate $5 million payout to the mother of his two children and a major increase in the prenuptial agreement that would give Nordegren upward of $55 million.

Their current prenup is reportedly worth $20 million, should they split after 10 years of marriage. That's a meager sum considering Woods' status as one of the richest athletes in the world, with income from prize money and endorsements topping more than $1 billion.

The new deal calls not only for Elin to get bigger bucks, but also reduces the length of time she would need to be with him in order to collect to just two more years from the start of their marriage. The couple tied the knot on Oct. 5, 2004.

Of course, that might be two years of hell, given the hit Tiger's taken to his image and earnings potential—not to mention the damage done to her own self-respect and her previously peaceful life.

But as the victimized spouse, it will be up to Nordegren to decide if she wants to tough out what will surely be endless tabloid tales about their rocky union and the neverending presence of the paparazzi, even if the couple successfully completes counseling sessions they've supposedly signed up for.

Woods' reps have declined to comment on the prenup report.
