He'll be back, all right—for his trial.

E! News has learned that Thomas Dekker, the former star of Fox's Terminator spinoff, The Sarah Connor Chronicles, has pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor drunken-driving charges for plowing into a teenage biker back on Oct. 14. He remains free on $100,000 bail.

"He was charged with our standard DUI counts—driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or above," said Los Angeles city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan.

Talk about your bad Judgment Day.

Dekker, 21, was driving near an on-ramp to the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley when he apparently lost control of his vehicle and knocked over a 17-year-old on a bicycle.

The actor was booked into a nearby jail on suspicion of felony DUI and causing bodily harm. Luckily for him, the cyclist suffered only minor injuries. Dekker wasn't hit with more serious charges, according to Mateljan, because prosecutors "felt the [misdemeanor] DUI charges were the most appropriate."

Before his stint on Chronicles, which has since been terminated, the actor had a recurring role on NBC's Heroes.

He also played a cancer patient in the Cameron Diaz weeper My Sister's Keeper and next will be seen running from Freddy Krueger in the upcoming reboot of A Nightmare on Elm Street.
