Alexander Skarsgård is making the dating rounds, but he's not leaving the workplace

What's with our fave True Blood fanger Alexander Skarsgård slutting himself all over the place with his costars? Something's starting to smell here, and it ain't stinky sheets.

First, the Swedish beaut hooked up with TB guest star Evan Rachel Wood, and before you could mutter "Skarswood," we personally saw Alex striking up a flirtfest at the Scream Awards (then heading to Bar Marmont) with Straw Dogs costar Kate Bosworth.

Is Alex taking advantage of every woman's love and lust for vampires right now, plus all the sexy headlines that go along with that killer kinda love approach? Or is he just more smartly using his TV and film projects as a personal dating site?

He certainly wouldn't be the first...

Skarsgård's buddy Stephen Moyer sure had a bunch o' good luck trolling for love among his coworkers, scoring totally cute Anna Paquin as his bride-to-be. For some weird-ass reason, this is a way common occurrence among horror-type series.

Oh no? Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are the hottest thing of the Twilight franchise, and superbloody Dexter's Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter just got hitched. Why are all these horror-themed series a good luck charm for love?

"They haven't been good luck for me!" complains Julie Benz, who plays Dexter's wife, Rita, when we caught up with her at the Scream Awards.

Benz continues, "I think in any workplace, relationships develop, you fall in love. It's like any job. It hasn't brought me any luck. I've been on every horror show known to man! What is wrong?"

You haven't worked with Alexander Skarsgård yet, babe!

Costars are his new fetish. Who really cares what the real-life bedtime game plan is here? Maybe Lexy can do a guest spot on Dexter as the über-handsome next-door neighbor who seduces Rita away from Dex? We'd totally love it—especially if he was still a vampire.

Hey, it doesn't have to make sense, it just has to be hot! And it is!
