Even with 18 (almost 19) children, there's a first for everything.
For Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, stars of TLC's 18 Kids and Counting, last night was an especially important milestone—the birth of their first grandchild.
The family's eldest son, Josh Duggar, and his wife, Anna, welcomed baby Mackynzie Renee Duggar in their home with a midwife and a doula. She weighed a solid 8 pounds and was 19.5 inches long, Meredith Vieira announced on the Today show this morning.
Little Mackynzie won't be the youngest Duggar for long—she'll get her 18th aunt or uncle in just a few months.
