Once upon a time, Snoop Dogg told us he'd like to hit the studio with Miley Cyrus or the Jonas Brothers.

Sadly, he's singing a different tune these days.

When we caught up with the rapper in April, he told us that he'd like to "make some gangsta pop music" with the Disney sensations.

But when we ran into him last night at the launch of Adidas Originals by David Beckham and James Bond in L.A., he quickly backtracked...

"I must have been higher than a motherf--ker when I said that," Snoop told us. "I don't remember that s--t."

However, he admitted, "If my kids asked me to do it, I could do a PG version of me."

Not that his offspring are interested in such PG things. Snoop explained they're more into a certain vampire series on HBO than Twilight. "My kids like True Blood," he said. "They're into the hard stuff."

Also at the Adidas soiree were Beckham's wifey Victoria, Eva Longoria Parker, David Arquette, Ciara and new mom Ellen Pompeo.
