Katherine Jackson is allowed to be of two minds about her late son's will.
A probate judge determined Friday that Michael Jackson's mother can challenge the administrators of his estate without losing her position as a beneficiary—a possible consequence Katherine was concerned about due to the no-contest clause in M.J.'s will.
But it turns out that fighting the messenger is OK so long as you don't question the message.
Furthermore, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff, who has been overseeing Jackson estate matters, specifically noted that Katherine is allowed to petition the court about the possibility of "undue influence" when it came to appointing Michael's administrators, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
Such an objection "may not be deemed a contest" against the will itself.
As for the splitting of the assets, Katherine inherited a 40 percent share in Michael's estate, which has been estimated to be worth $500 million. She's currently collecting $26,000 a month plus another $60,000 for the care of her three grandchildren.
