Vanessa Hudgens Really Wants to Grow Up and Forget Naked Pictures

It's hard out there for a High School Musical alum. Just ask Vanessa Hudgens, who spends the majority of her October Allure cover story begging everyone to treat her like a grown-up.
"People think of me as the High School Musical girl," she laments. "There's nothing wrong with that. My character was a great role model, but I get so bored doing the same thing. I want to grow like everybody else."
And she is determined to accomplish this, whether it be naked pictures (we'll talk more about those in a minute) or playing a prostitute in Zack Snyder's Sucker Punch. "It totally is my Angelina Jolie part," she said of the role. "I get to run around with guns and fight big men."
It's not just Angelina's career the 20-year-old wants to emulate...
"I really want to pick Halle [Berry]'s brain," V says. "She's such an empowering, sexy woman." And later, "There's nothing I would rather do than play [a role like] Catherine Zeta-Jones['s] in Zorro."
It doesn't help Vanessa's plea for adult roles that she spends a good deal of the interview talking about Disney princess movies. But just keep putting it out there into the universe and one day she'll be Angelina Zeta-Berry.
And now for the naked pictures portion of the interview. It is impossible to do a Vanessa Hudgens story without one, you know.
"It's just really unfortunate, and to this day people hate me for it, but it's not like I chose to put that out there in the world, you know? It's so aggravating and frustrating, and whenever anybody asks me, would I do nudity in a film, if I say that it's something I'm not comfortable with, they're like, 'Bulls--t, you've already done it.' If anything it makes it more embarrassing, because that was a private thing. It's screwed up that someone screwed me over like that. At least some people are learning from my mistakes."
Seems appropriate to end on a non-naked picture of Vanessa trying to be a sweaty, sexy, pouty grown-up.
