The Primetime Emmy Awards are this Sunday and Kanye West probably won't show—so we're getting ready with a shiny new prediction poll and previews of the most heated match-ups.
The Reality-Competition Program category, for example, has been around for six years, and The Amazing Race has won it...six times! Can they hang on to it, or is this American Idol's year? Or what about Dancing With the Stars, Project Runway or Top Chef?

E! Online columnist Leslie Gornstein (aka The Answer B!tch) calls it for American Idol. "Nobody can remember that what's-his-name won two years ago singing what's-it-called, but everybody knows and loves the show, thanks to constant drama at the judges' table and a parade of actually meaningful guest performers."
