While Demi Moore is off denying plastic surgery (but maybe she's telling the truth?) and twittering about her stretch marksHolly Madison is in this week's Life & Style all like, "Yeah, I had my boobs and nose done, now look at me! I can shimmy across a Vegas stage topless with confidence!"

Then Kathy Griffin also started talking about her nose job and liposuction in People. Guess it's just one of those kinds of days...yay?

We'll start with Holly's story tragic tale of having A-sized breasts, since it's probably the most ridiculous...

"Growing up, the last thing Holly expected was to be flat-chested," the article's "Cinderella story" section begins, like it's the worst, most shocking thing that could ever happen to someone. Still, the resilient former Girls Next Door star somehow found the strength to make something of herself:

"While that didn't stop her from becoming head cheerleader, she says she often flipped through Playboy magazine and dreamed of being a curvy pinup one day."

She eventually decided to get surgery after moving into the Mansion. "Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot," she says. "I was comparing myself to the other girls. Hef always said he didn't want me to get anything done."

Her rise to fame postsurgery eventually helped her realize: "Beauty is on the inside. Looks don't define you—they're just a tool to get what you want."

She'll be soon be touring schools everywhere sharing that special message.

On to Kathy Griffin, who talks about being pressured into plastic surgery by the industry.

"I was told repeatedly, 'You would be pretty if it weren't for that nose. You'd work more if it weren't for that nose. Hey have you considered getting a nose job?' You would think I had a nose the size of Texas. I was young and impressionable and I was told that enough that I started to believe it, so I got a nose job."

Then she got obsessed with weight loss, starved herself, did two weeks of "full-on illegal speed," eventually got liposuction and almost died.

Now, 10 years later, she just eats well and exercises in order to pose in bikinis for celeb weeklies.

Alright, so that is probably enough plastic surgery truth talk to make up for whatever Demi Moore is not saying, right? Good.
