Ah, Shenae, you're really taking us back to a time when we were first at war with Iraq, and a loud sundress paired with Frankenstein platforms was considered fashionable! What a kooky sun-flowered time warp!

The dress in itself is actually quite lovely. It's those stockings—with their unflattering all-stretched-out pattern—that really ruin the whole look of carefree summer vibe. That bulky jacket is also a total mismatch. And the shoes look medical. Oh, the whole thing is just hopeless!
