Rate-a-Trailer: Is When in Rome Worth the Trip?
Maybe they should have simply titled it When In Need of a Paycheck.
At least that would explain why a group of relatively talented stars agreed to join forces on a romantic comedy that, based on this trailer, doesn't really feel all that romantic or comedic.
But what do you expect, given the silly premise of When in Rome, which has Kristen Bell pulling coins from a fountain of love with the hope of finding amore. Then she's pursued by the guys who threw them in the water in the first place. Hilarious, right?
Yes, one could argue that it's just a fun little fantasy and that we shouldn't take it too seriously. Believe us, we won't.
So will you be traveling to Rome when it hits theaters next January?
