Heather Graham Fails at This Whole Blonde Thing

Dear Blondes:
You ladies have it easy. You have one responsibility in this world: Take care of those precious sandy locks, and ensure your beauty forever.

But at the Barcelona premiere of The Hangover, Heather Graham has done a disservice to the yellow-haired community by dragging out this stringy, damaged 'do. (Flower's cute, tho!) And instead of at least sporting a decent summer dress, the insurgent blonde complemented her mangy mop with a tacky tube-top number.

Did the sweltering Spanish sun split her ends and fry her judgment? Graham's dereliction of duty should be a lesson to all ladies with champagne manes: Summer is not a time to vacate from your fashion sense!
