Here she takes her massive hit, "Poker Face," the epitome of health club/dance club pop, and makes it fit perfectly on Japanese TV. How, you may ask? By donning a pachyderm hairdo and adding some sensitive singer-songwriter piano flourishes. It makes for a compelling combo of ha-ha-ha and hai-hai-hai!
