Susan Boyle has gone glam!

You must—right now—take a look at the new Boyle in the September issue of Harper's Bazaar!

The 48-year-old Britain's Got Talent runner-up gets a major makeover by the editors of the fashion monthly. Pushing aside her signature spinster frocks, Boyle slips into some hipper and more glamorous ensembles by Michael Kors, Donna Karan and Ann Taylor, among others.

"I like that she is a diverse pop star and controversial," Boyle tells the mag.

As for the future—as all us Boyle fans know—she's hard at work recording an album. Plus, she's spreading her wings: Boyle has left her Blackburn, Scotland, hometown for a London house that she shares with an assistant.

"I'll go back to visit," she says of Blackburn. "But you have to move on sometime."
