Oh no! Hayden Panettiere is collapsed across that sofa and looks too weak to get up. Woe is her. What could possibly be wrong?

"It's not easy being beautiful and special and talented," her August Details profile explains. That's truly a real line in it and not just something we're saying to make fun of her.

So what's Hayden's sob story?

Back when she had to go to public middle school, the girls were mean to her. Yes, every girl probably has one of these tales, but let's give Hayden the chance to get it out:

"I was tortured, emotionally tortured by these girls. Every time I came back from filming, it would be me trying to find my way back into the clique. And they weren't having it."

She was also punched in the face one time by what she calls a "a very angry, very sad girl." So there's that, too.

It's enough to make you want to bare your midriff, drape yourself across a couch and let out a giant sigh. Good thing we're not all beautiful, special and talented. Life would just be too much.
