Here we go again.

Yet another celebrity stalk, um, photographer alleging that his foot was run over by a star's vehicle.

Benji Madden, the driver in question, is seen in this clip slowly making his departure with girlfriend Paris Hilton amid a flashbulb frenzy, when all of a sudden a yelp is heard off-camera. The Good Charlotte rocker stops to assess the situation and, when everything seems OK, slowly drives away.

But a police report was filed over last night's incident outside Foxtail nightclub in West Hollywood, a Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman tells E! News, and the department is now investigating.

We don't mean to imply that it didn't happen, but at the same time, when pressed up against a moving car and standing in the very path on which said vehicle is moving, tootsies are bound to get totaled.
