For Dane Cook, this is no isolated incident.

Three months after the comedian's half-brother was indicted for allegedly swindling millions from Cook's accounts, his sister-in-law has now been arrested and charged with aiding and abetting her husband in the same plot.

Erika McCauley, 37, pleaded not guilty today in a Massachusetts courtroom on counts of larceny by scheme and receiving/concealing stolen property and was ordered held on $1 million bail.

She is accused of assisting her husband, Darryl McCauley, 44, in funneling more than $3 million of the Good Luck Chuck star's money into their personal coffers—on top of the $12,500 a month Cook was paying his sibling to manage assets for Great Dane Enterprises.

Darryl McCauley has already pleaded not guilty to larceny and forgery. His wife's case has been adjourned until July 24.

Cook, who's currently on an arena tour performing in support of his latest comedy CD/DVD, Isolated Incident, could not be reached for comment.
