New Couple? Nah, Just a Close Collaboration

Sean "Diddy" Combs—rap mogul, entrepreneur, and ladies man—is not romancing Babyface's and, more recently, Eddie Murphy's ex lady love, Tracey Edmonds.
A rep for Combs tells E! News, "No, Sean is very single. He and Tracey have known each other for over 10 years."
The U.K.'s Daily Mail has quoted Edmonds as saying at a party near Cannes that "Diddy is the funniest man I ever met" and that she's "so lucky to find someone so soon after Eddie"—and indirectly quoted her saying Combs is more of a man than Murphy, whom she broke up with in January.
Funniest man she ever met? Oh come on, has Edmonds seen Murphy in Trading Places?
Anyway, a source close to Combs told E! the non-couple are collaborating on a TV project and have been getting together frequently to work out the details.
