Britney Spears' peeper documentarian-in-training had better get the long lens ready.

A temporary restraining order was issued today against Miranda Tozier-Robbins, the woman busted for trespassing on the Circus star's property back in April.

Tozier-Robbins must stay at least 100 yards away from both Spears and her spread in Calabasas, Calif.

The 26-year-old, onetime American Idol hopeful was originally due to be arraigned this morning on two misdemeanor charges, but the hearing was put off for one week after she showed up more than two hours late to the Malibu courthouse.

Los Angeles Superior Judge Jay Ford III even went so far as to issue a bench warrant for Tozier-Robbins' arrest, but recalled it when she finally arrived—at 10:45 a.m. for the 8:30 a.m. hearing—with an excuse in hand: She had to take a bus from Inglewood, about 25 miles away, in L.A.'s notorious rush hour traffic.

Tozier-Robbins also announced she would be defending herself in the proceedings, but Ford advised her against entering a plea until the next hearing. He also waived the $5,000 bail provided she returns to court next week, which she agreed to do.

Preferably, on time.

Meanwhile, one ruling made in court today was to the apparent dismay of Tozier-Robbins.

Although she was informed during her initial booking that she would get back the confiscated footage she shot at Spears' abode, the judge said he would wait a week before deciding on returning it.

It was bad news for Tozier-Robbins, who became visibly upset upon hearing the news, which probably accounted for her brusque refusal to comment to reporters on her way out of court.

"I don't talk for free," she said.

Spears was not and will not be present for the proceedings, as she's currently in the U.K. with her boys in the midst of a recently expanded world tour.
