Madonna Expresses Herself—Through Tears
Like any good confection, Madonna wants you to know she may have a Hard Candy exterior, but she's all soft in the center.
During an interview on Thursday's Nightline, the "4 Minutes" singer revealed to anchor Cynthia McFadden that while working in the studio on her latest album with "divas in their own right" Justin Timberlake and Pharrell Williams, "there were a few uncomfortable moments," including the time Pharrell actually made the pop icon cry right in front of him.
"I've never told that to anyone before," she admitted. "I think I was just having a bad day. You know when you're not fine. You know, sometimes when you just burst into tears for no reason?"
We’re not sure what’s more shocking: Madonna producing tears or the fact that Pharrell lived to see another day after making her cry.
