When news first broke last week of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub's checkered past, we knew the show was about to get (even more) interesting.

At the time, Staub declined to comment, but now she's decided to spill the beans to the Today show's Hoda Kotb.

Sort of.

"I can just say, it's out there and it will be addressed," the coy 46-year-old said. "And I will definitely touch on all the subjects that are crucially in need of touching on at the time, when the time is right."

In other words, stay tuned to Bravo.

Among the subjects are allegations of kidnapping, extortion, drug use, stripping, aliases and run-ins with the police (translation: all the things that make for great TV), stemming from an out-of-print book called Cop Without a Badge.

"Everybody has someone in their past or present that would like to say embellished, nasty things about them," Staub said.

With those kinds of potentially tall tales, that must be one heck of a grudge someone has against her.
