For now, Nicole Kidman's offspring count is three and holding.

A rep for the Oscar winner has shot down reports that the Aussie is looking to give Angelina Jolie a run for her child-collecting money, denying that Kidman and hubby Keith Urban have plans to adopt from Vietnam.

"The report is not true. We have no idea who started the rumor, but it's fabricated," Kidman's rep, Catherine Olim, told E! News.

Clearly Olim's not a subscriber of Australia's New Idea magazine, which originated the brood-expanding report.

Although New Idea might have no idea about Kidman's mommy plans, the magazine did have some alleged details to back up its contention...

The mag quoted one Dang Ming Dao, described as a deputy in the Department of International Adoption at the Ministry of Justice in Hanoi, confirming that an adoption was in the works.

"Yes, Nicole Kidman wants a baby from Vietnam," he supposedly said. "We've been approached by the American embassy."

But at that point he apparently drew the line.

"This is very sensitive information. We are keeping it closed."

And while New Idea claimed Dao refused to comment on the gender of Kidman's prospective child, the mag trumpeted on its cover that the couple was in fact after a boy.

Kidman and Urban have one child together, 11-month-old daughter Sunday Rose. She has two other children, 16-year-old Isabella and 14-year-old Connor, whom she adopted with Tom Cruise.
