Thieves Raid Rachel Bilson's Closet

Rachel Bilson is experiencing a fashionista's worst nightmare: a burglar raiding her closet.
The O.C. starlet was in Canada with fiancé Hayden Christensen when the robbery of her home in Los Angeles was identified, Bilson's rep, Marcel Pariseau, tells E! News.
"She's been out of town, but it was discovered on the 8th of this month," he says. "A police report was filed on that day by her mom, but, because she was out of town, she needs to put the list [of what's missing] together to submit to police and her insurance." (Neither Los Angels police or sheriff's department had been notified as of press time.)
Between the designer duds and pieces of jewelry—some of which were family heirlooms with sentimental value—the monetary value of all the missing items will be frighteningly high.
"It's in the hundreds of thousands," Pariseau says. "It was her Chanel collection, all her designer clothing, shoes and bags. She had a huge vintage shoe collection...all her jewelry, some of it given to her by her grandmother."
The total value of the items has yet to be calculated, as the list of pilfered pieces continues to lengthen.
"She keeps going through it. She keeps finding more stuff that's missing," Pariseau says.
The actress became a fashion icon almost instantaneously upon her arrival on The O.C. Recently, she even scored a monthly column in InStyle magazine. Needless to say, whomever stole the goods is looking pretty chic these days.
Pariseau tells E! News that the house showed no sign of forced entry and no one seems to have a clue who may have committed the crime. He says he doesn't think Bilson has any surveillance cameras.
