We'll have to see if the cops can keep up with the Kardashian tagger.

Miami police are on the case after vandals went after the South Beach outpost of Kim, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian's Dash boutique on the eve of its grand opening.

"It was not a burglary, contrary to Internet rumors," Officer Deborah Doty, a spokewsoman for the Miami-Dade Police Department, tells E! News. "It was graffiti that was done on the outside to a very small portion of the glass wall. It's a little sign that some of the graffiti artists use...It's a small incident."

Indeed, while the Kardashian clan claims the tagging was "gang-related," they say there's no evidence they were being targeted because of their celebrity.

"All of the graffiti on the wall was gang-related and there were carvings in the glass. All in all, the damage is pretty bad, but they're painting over it now!" Kourtney explains on her blog.

"We want to make it clear that no one was targeting the store or Kim, Khloé and myself, specifically. The location of the store has remained a secret since we started filming, so there's no way whoever graffiti'd the store front knew it was Dash. They were just defacing buildings in the area," she continues.

Adds Kim: "We're all fine, guys! Don't worry!!"

Dash is scheduled to have its grand opening Wednesday night.
