Rob Lowe has slammed the door on nannygate.

Attorneys for the Brothers & Sisters star and both of the former nannies he's been battling have filed court papers requesting that their respective lawsuits be dismissed.

Lowe and his wife, Sheryl, had sued Laura Boyce and Jessica Gibson in April 2008 for defamation and for allegedly breaching the confidentiality clauses they signed when they went to work for the couple.

The parents of two also accused Gibson of conspiring to demand $1.5 million from them in exchange for keeping quiet about some supposed familial dirty laundry.

Days later, Gibson and Boyce both filed respective sexual-harassment suits against the Lowes, claiming both Rob and Sheryl acted inappropriately around them.

All sides vehemently denied the über-litigious claims and, as recently as last month, Lowe had vowed to see this thing through to trial. He and Boyce had been set to fight it out in court on Nov. 16.

None of the various parties' attorneys would say whether a financial agreement had been reached, but the suits involving Gibson have been dismissed by a Santa Barbara judge and papers were filed Monday asking the court to dismiss the Lowes' complaint against Boyce, and vice versa.

A judge dismissed multiple claims from both Gibson and the Lowes' suits last August, ruling that Lowe couldn't go after Gibson for defamation (because she's allowed, under state law, to complain about her working conditions) and that Gibson couldn't accuse Lowe of retaliation and a couple of labor violations.
