This is one kind of fierce Tyra Banks will be happy to do without.

A New York judge this morning found 39-year-old Georgia man Brady Green guilty of stalking the star.

The verdict was delivered just 24 hours after the supermodel took the stand and testified that Green's actions left her terrified for her safety and that of her staff.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke convicted Green of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment. He described Green's actions as "knowingly and inherently invalid and the behavior was hounding."

Although the sentencing isn't until June 18 and Green faces up to 90 days in the slammer, the judge said he would spare Green from serving jail time provided he get some help—preferably outside the Big Apple.

"Put Mr. Green in a location where he can thrive," Burke told the defense team, per the New York Daily News. "And that location is not likely to be the city of New York."

According to the New York Post, Burke also ordered the supermarket employee receive mental treatment, "something that can help Green in the future."

"I'm disappointed with the verdict, but I'm glad the judge did not send him to jail," defense attorney Jeffery Berman told reporters, adding that he plans to appeal.
