Pete Wentz: Ashlee Can See the Future

Is Ashlee Simpson prophetic? Simpson proposed to Pete Wentz before the two even met, the Fall Out Boy bassist says.
E! News caught up with Pete at the Nordstrom South Coast Plaza store in Costa Mesa, Calif., as the future Mr. Ashlee Simpson pimped his new clothing line, Clandestine Industries.
"So we only found out about the engagement last week. Had you guys done this a while ago?" we asked.
“We got engaged the day we met. Well, actually, before the day we met, we did it through email. I was just like, ‘Hey, I wanna meet you,’ and she was like, ‘Yeah, maybe we should just get engaged,’ ” he says.
That's kinda spooky. We want to know what else that clairvoyant email said and whether it had anything to do with Jessica disappearing from public life. Or is that too much to ask?
