Redmond O'Neal's Bad Friday

His mom is out, but Redmond O'Neal must stay in. So much for a happy Easter.

Hours after Farrah Fawcett was released from a Los Angeles hospital, her scofflaw son was back before a judge and ordered to remain jailed without bail for a probation violation in one of his multiple drug cases.

The 24-year-old ne'er-do-well spawn of Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal was on probation for a 2007 drug bust. Since his sentence, he's been arrested twice more—once last September during a probation sweep of his Malibu home and again last weekend, when he was allegedly caught with heroin while trying to visit a friend in a Southern California detention center.

Redmond has been behind bars since that Sunday bust.

"He is being held without bail," says a spokesman for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

O'Neal will be sentenced for his probation screwup (for failing a drug test) on April 17. A week later he is due to be arraigned on the new heroin-possession count.
